It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the XVII World Congress of Aesthetic Medicine (WCAM), in scenic Vancouver, British Columbia. The congress will take place at the newly constructed Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre, July 17 - 19, 2009. The congress will be followed by a CME at Sea Alaskan Cruise July 19 – 26, 2009 on Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine.

This year, WCAM will feature a very strong scientific program, assembled under the professional leadership of Congress Co-Chairs Drs. Yves Hébert from Montréal, Quebec and Wendy Smeltzer from Calgary, Alberta.

Together with the Scientific Committee, they have initiated the challenging task of developing the scientific program that will draw in a large number of international experts. These experts have wide variety of specialty backgrounds including family physicians, dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, endocrinologists, cosmetic dentists, and other disciplines and they will present the latest advances and research in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.
